Who operates the app

Orisami: Crowns is developed and operated by Jiří Šilha. This policy describes the current iPhone game and contact with its support service.

Data collected by the app

The game does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer. It works offline and has no accounts, advertisements, analytics SDKs or tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or location.

Data stored on your device

Your current puzzle, moves, elapsed time, completed-game results and preferences are stored locally. These records support save and resume, statistics and remembered settings. They remain until you reset the relevant records or delete the app.

The app does not operate its own cloud synchronization service. Your device or Apple may include app data in device backups, according to your settings and Apple's policies.

Deleting local data

Reset statistics in Settings deletes completed-game results while preserving the current puzzle. Deleting the app through iOS Settings removes local app data; offloading it keeps that data. Backups are managed separately through your Apple device and account settings.

Support messages

If you choose to email support, the developer receives your email address and any information you include, such as a description of a problem or a screenshot. This information is used to respond to and resolve your request, and is kept only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Email providers process support messages to deliver and store them. Support correspondence is separate from the offline game; sending a message does not create an account or enable tracking in the app.

Apple services and this website

Apple handles App Store downloads and any diagnostics or TestFlight feedback you choose to share under Apple's settings and policies. These are separate from data collected by the game.

Visiting this support website requires a connection to its hosting provider, which may process technical information such as an IP address to deliver and secure the website. The pages include no advertising, analytics scripts, embedded third-party media or forms. This website traffic is separate from playing the offline game.

Your choices

You can use the game without providing personal information. You can delete local app data as described above. You can contact the developer about support correspondence, including a request to delete it, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
